The Center’s (UCPEC) relationships are visualized in its organizational TREE. In this symbol is noted UCPEC’s interconnected nature: its rootedness in the city, supported by relationships of students, site supervisors, education committee and ED/ACPE Certified Educator that together grow more into UCPEC’s fullness of a central trunk. From this trunk blossoms service and learning.  Even though it is not a perfect symbol it is UCPEC's efforts to identify, its efforts to form a community of mutuality of power where voices are heard, respected and each one’s particular expertise and functional roles are honored in the formation of persons for today’s world.
